Instructor: Selina, BCRPA registered Yoga Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer. I teach a fun, safe & relaxing class of flowing sequences of poses with lots of modifications to suit all levels of abilities.

Cost:
8 week session (Monday or Thursday) = $65
Sign up for both the Monday & Thursday class and cost is only $120
Drop in: $10 (only if class is not full)

*No cost for current Golden Ears Farm workers*
